I am selling a rare signed, first edition of The Tinkling Spring, Headwater of Freedom, A Study of the Church and Her People, 1732-1952, by Howard McKnight Wilson. Wilson signed it on the page with the title. It was published by The Tinkling Spring & Hermitage Presbyterian Churces, Fishersville, VA in 1954. This 542 page hard bound book also has a fold out map of the original Beverly Patent from 1736 attached to the back cover. The cover and spine show wear, but the binding is tight and the pages are clean and clear. There is some previous owner’s writing from the Smith family who owned it from 1955 on. A previous seller had it for $130. I will sell it for only $90.
